Man Causes Serious Commotion in Ibadan After He was Spotted with this Strange Invention (Photos)

This is the strange invention that was spotted in Ibadan recently. A man was seen driving through the town with what looks like missile and yet like a space shuttle.

Residents who saw the man and his invention quickly surrounded him to have a good view of the creation.
