Avengers Give 7 Govs 72-Hours To Release Detained Pro-Biafran Activists

The militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, has given seven governors in five south-east and two south-south states, 72-hours ultimatum, to release all pro-Biafran activists held in various military and police detention centers or risk attacks on their convoys.
The Avengers named the governors as: Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia state), Willie Obiano (Anambra state), Henry Dickson (Beyelsa State), Ifeanyi Okowa (Delta State), Dave Umahi (Ebonyi State), Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu State) and Owelle Roachas Okorocha (Imo State).
 In a statement issued by its spokesperson, Brig.-Gen. Mudoch Agbinibo on Monday, the NDA also warned that in 48 hours, a video clip showing its armory and targets for attacks, would be released.
The statement reads:
“We request the immediate release of all pro-Biafrans activists held in your various police/military Custody, you are hereby given 72 hours to release them or risk your convoys, police station, military base and government offices being attack”.
The spokesman further said that the public should note that members of the militant group is not negotiating with anybody and nobody is representing it, even as he warned that in 48 hours, a video clip showing their arms and the targeted areas will be released
“All strike team already in position awaiting command”.
