Eagles Whose Market Values has Increased After Great Performance
Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City – from €36m to €45m)
Super Eagles and Leicester Cíty midfielder, Ndidi is currently Nigeria’s most valuable player with his market value now standing at €45million.
Ndidi who has been the Foxes’ midfield strongman. since since joining the King Power Stadium outfit saw his market value increased by €9m – from €36m in April, 2020.
The 23-year old is one of Nigeria’s most consistent player both at club and international level.
Victor Osimhen (Napoli – from €27m to €40m)
Osimhen’s value has continued to undergo upward trajectory culminating in his current highest market value which now stands at €40million according to Transfermarkt.
The 21-year old is currently Nigeria’s second most valuable player after his market value surged from €27m to €40m on August 3, an increase of a whooping €13m.
Following his oustanding performances in just season at Lille, Osimhen was snapped up by Napoli for a record €70million, making him the most expensive Nigerian and African player ever.
Emmanuel Dennis (Club Brugge -From €13.5m to €16m)
The fringe Super Eagles striker has been in splendid form for Belgian Pro League side and is currently valued at €16.00m.
Dennis who grabbed a brace in a UEFA Champions League group game clash against Real Madrid last season saw his value rise by €2.5m from €13.5m on August 6.
The skillful forward’s valuation is expected to further increase by the time he gets more game under his boots at the international level for
Nigeria.
Umar Sadiq (Partizan Belgrade – from€2m to €6m)
Former Nigerian junior international, Umar Sadiq remains one of the few Nigerian stars plying their football trade in Serbia.
And following his consistent performance that saw him score 12 goals in 22 appearances for Partizan last season, Sadiq has seen his market valuation which previously stood at €2m jump to €6m an increase of €4m.
The 23-year old has again hit the ground running for Partizan in the new season having already scored 4 goals in six games for the club
in his second season in Serbia Super Liga.
Simeon ‘Simy’ Nwankwo (Crotone – from €1.7m to €2.5m)
It is no surprise that Nwankwo’s value shot up as the Nigerian international had.best of his season in Europe so far with Crotone last term.
The gangling striker scored 20 goals to emerge the first African top scorer in the Italian Serie B which also helped Crotone secure promotion to the Serie A for the coming season.
That feat has seen his market value rise from €1.7m in April to €2.5m an increase of eight hundred thousand euros.
