Well Governor El-Rufai's wife with the name Hadiza El-Rufai took to her Twitter account to react after Teni called Erica 'Omo Igbo' in a video while she was praying for Laycon.

Now the word 'Omo Igbo' means "Igbo child" but some people see it as an insult, and everybody has a name so why call someone that. Based on the fact that Teni called Erica 'Omo Igbo', see the way Governor El-Rufai's wife reacted by saying: 'If you can’t call this man “Aboki” don’t call any other person Aboki, Omo Igbo, Inyamiri or Onye ofe mmanu". She was referring to Dangote picture that she posted.

And in all sincerity, if you can't call him that, why call another person 'Omo Igbo' knowingly fully well that some people might see it as an insult.
